What is Infertility? The first concept that we must have is that the fertility of the human being is relatively low. A couple has a chance of getting pregnant about 20% a month. So it is common to have some time between the beginning of the attempts to get pregnant and the pregnancy, which raises the first question: when a couple should think about infertility? Marital infertility is defined as the absence of pregnancy after 12 months of regular intercourse without the use of a contraceptive method.
